No. All tickets must be purchased prior to the event, through our ticket provider
There will be no seating provided.
We will be running a bus service during the day (pick up locations Nana Glen Hall; & Coramba Sports Ground) or you can drive to Valley Fest and park. (Please purchase Shuttle Bus Pass or Parking Pass from our ticket page)
There will NO ATM facilities inside the grounds. Please bring cash required for the day, OR you will be able to tap, swipe or insert your debit card at all bars and food vendors however TELSTRA reception is very limited and may impact use of TAP & GO facilities.
Under Liquor licensing requirements restrict us from being able to offer pass-outs.
If you look under the age of 25 years of age, you will be required to provide any of the following identification:
- Current valid Australian driver’s license (with photo).
- Current Passport.
- Government Issued Proof of Age Card.
- NSW Photo Card (with photo).
- International Driver’s License (must contain a photograph).
Yes, it is suitable for all ages. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All children under the age of 5 will be required to have a purchased ticket.
The Festival will be held on the 12th of March 2023. With Gates opening at 10:00am for a 11:00am start. The event will run until 8:00pm.
WHAT AM I PERMITTED TO BRING?
All attendees are encouraged to bring a physical copy of their ticket, in the event there are technical complications.
No animals are permitted to The Stock Route Country Music Festival.
NO, you can’t bring a large trolley or esky into the event. Small, soft edged cooler bags are permitted.
Yes, a small camp chair or picnic rug is advisable to bring. There will be no seating provided. Please no marquee structures.
NO one can bring their own food. And NO liquids other than water (in a clear, sealed bottle) can be brought onsite.
The Valley Fest Country Music Festival is a licensed venue. There will be full bar facilities available throughout all the duration of the event.
